HRCI would like to take the opportunity to congratulate Lorelei Carobolante, Global MBA, GPHR, SCRP, SHRM-SCP, on her recent ANSI Meritorious Service Award. Carobolante was nominated by HRCI CEO Amy Dufrane, Ed.D., SPHR, CAE, for her work with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The manager and CEO of G2nd Systems, Carobolante serves as Convenor of ISO/AWI 30201 Human Resource Management Systems Requirements for ISO and Chair of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group and Head of Delegation to ISO/TC 260 ISO HR Management.
ANSI, the American National Standards Institute, will honor Carobolante later this year at the ANSI Leadership and Service Awards Ceremony on November 13 in Washington, D.C. With regard to the Meritorious Service Award, ANSI explained that Carobolante and the other recipients received this “in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the U.S. voluntary standardization system. Each has demonstrated outstanding service in enabling ANSI to attain the objectives for which it was founded.”
Dr. Dufrane shared, “Lorelei Carobolante is actively advancing the future of the human resources profession through global standards. She wears multiple hats with ISO in addition to her day-to-day work as a human capital management consultant and practitioner. Lorelei is a prime example of practicing what you preach, and this award is a testament to her commitment to our industry. We at HRCI applaud Lorelei for her efforts and celebrate this well-deserved recognition.”
