HR Certification Institute Hideaway
A dessert extravaganza—complete with chocolate fountain—spotlighted certified professionals’ exclusive access to the HR Certification Institute Hideaway. Throughout the conference, the Hideaway was the place to spend some quiet time, network with peers, enjoy a seated massage and revive with light refreshments and beverages. The Hideaway’s one-on-one recertification counseling sessions – where staff members answered certificant’s questions – were booked solid.

Recertification and Certification Sessions
Two Institute-sponsored concurrent sessions attracted many conference participants: “Certification: The Professional Edge for Your Career” presented by Board members, Howard Winkler, SPHR and Cheryl Wyrick, Ph.D, SPHR, and “Recertification: It’s Easier than You Think!,” by HR Content Manager, Grey Scott, SPHR.

HR Certification Institute Booth
The Institute’s booth in the HR Marketplace® Exposition offered mini certification and recertification sessions. Staffed by Board members as well as staff, the booth also fielded hundreds of questions from certified professionals and potential certification candidates. Our board members were proud to tell visitors where their letters have carried them and we hope you will do the same by providing the Institute with your own testimonials.
