Eligibility Requirements
Earlier this year you were invited to provide your comments on the HR Certification Institute’s eligibility requirements for our examinations. Thank you for providing your input. Your response was valuable. We are currently assessing the input we received from more than 13,000 certificants and other stakeholders. Our goal is to announce our findings by December 2008. Please note: If there are any changes to the eligibility requirements, they would not go into effect any earlier than March 2011.
Registration Opens for Next Exams
The next opportunity for candidates to take the PHR, SPHR and GPHR exams begins December 1. Encourage colleagues to register as early as possible for the best choice of dates; online registration is open until October 10. Refer non-certified colleagues to the “Certification” section of HRCI.org for details.
